STEP 1: Create shortlisting criteria
First of all, you have to analyze the job description or candidate skills requirements in order to define what criteria to be used for shortlisting candidates.
Once you have defined that, then you can start adding the defined criteria in this system.
For easy management of your criteria, it is better to group criteria by shortlisting project. That is why you first have to add a shortlist project them and then add criteria.

STEP 2: Create shortlisting project & Assign criteria to shortlisting
You create now a shortlisting project by providing the name of the project and optionnaly a description and the customer name.
Afterwards, you click on "manage criteria" to assign criteria to the newly created project.
When assigning a criteria to a project, you have to define its weight by comparing the importance of different shortlisting criteria.
Very important criteria will get the highest weight.
A weight can be either 0.5, 1, 2.

STEP 3: Search profiles & Import to the created shortlisting project
There are several ways to search profiles. The first option is to search by using the title of a given job.
Once you type 3 letters, some propositions of similar job titles will be proposed. You have to select one of them.
The second option is to search using the name of a candidate. The third option (to be implemented soon) is to search in the resume by providing a keyword.
Once profiles are returned by the search engine, you can then imported them in bulk into the created shortlisting project.

STEP 4: Review and score each candidate
For each candidate added to the project, you click on "review" to open the candidate profile card.
The first tab of this card shows the candidate information and allows to score the candidate based on predefined criteria for the current project.
A score vary between 1 and 5. The average score is automatically calculated and profiles are ordered such as the higehest score appears first.
The second tab allows to preview online the CV of the candidate.

STEP 5: Export the shortlisting matrix
Once you have finished to review and score all the candidates, you can export your work in Excel for futher processing.
This interface helps you to define criteria to be used in your different shortlisting projects
